The assigned Property Supervisor is the primary contact person for the on-site staff and the owner(s). The management representative assigned to the property will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the development. The basic responsibilities of the supervisor are to:
  • Ensure that policies and regulations are implemented correctly
  • Assist in daily problem solving
  • Ensure that staff is properly trained
  • Assist in program planning and provide direction to development
  • Monitor daily activity of site operations
  • Evaluate staff performance
  • Establish direct rapport with residents and owner(s) to ensure satisfaction

In addition to the daily communication by telephone, the assigned supervisor visits the facility on a schedule as determined by management. Should the owner(s) request or need more frequent visitation, we always have the flexibility to adjust our schedule.
