Alfred Reynolds, Principal, NAHP-E, RCM
Mr. Reynolds has over twenty years of experience in the housing industry. This experience includes sales, marketing, management, training, and previous ownership of an out-of-state housing firm. Mr. Reynolds has a special interest in housing cooperatives. He is involved in all of the phases of the corporate operations.

William Hutton, Principal
Mr. Hutton is a licensed general contractor, the Director of Field Operations and he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the projects. Mr. Hutton managed, supervised, and coordinated work schedules for eleven housing projects, consisting of 1,000 units. He is certified in Fair Housing Regulation and HUD Occupancy Regulations.
  Evelyn Buchanan, Vice President, Southeast Region
Ms. Buchanan is responsible for supervising the Southeast Regional properties while ensuring their smooth operation. She has over twenty years experience with HUD insured projects. She is also a qualified CAMS 2 software instructor.


Arthur Hutton, Property Supervisor
Mr. Hutton has been involved with commercial and residential construction and housing management for the past 20 years. He has taught both academic and trade courses in a number of Bay Area Schools. While working for AMCORP he instructed a Maintenance Training Program in collaboration with our client and the Private Industry Council. He has an excellent understanding and extensive proficiency in residential rehab and contract administration.


Donald Cryer, Property Supervisor
Mr. Cryer has over 8 years experience in the housing industry. He has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Occupancy Specialist (C.O.S.), Registered Cooperative Manager (RCM), and Tax Credit Certified. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of several projects.

Ni’Col Payton, Payroll Manager
Ms. Payton is a Certified Occupancy Specialist. She has over five years of management experience. Ms. Payton assists both Principals, while overseeing the daily operations of the corporate office including general property management duties, banking, and payroll.

Santos Lam, Controller
Mr. Lam has over 25 years of experience in the accounting field. He is responsible for overseeing all of the financial reporting and expenses for all of AMCORP’s portfolio. He also prepares the monthly financial reports for various properties while overseeing the Accounting Department.

Siboun Vongphachanh, Accountant
Ms. Vongphachanh is a graudate of UCSC with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management. She has 6 years of accounting experience. She prepares the monthly financial reports and expenses for various properties within AMCORP's portfolio. She also holds a California Real Estate License.

Edna Parker, Occupancy Specialist
Ms. Parker has 18 years of experience in HUD insured projects. She is a Certified Property Manager. Ms. Parker also has experience as a Property Supervisor and worked with housing for the elderly. She is also experienced in the CAMS 2 software and a troubleshooter for various properties for AMCORP.

Thomas Lyles, Network Engineer
 

Susan Stone, Consultant
Ms. Stone has over ten years of experience in the housing management industry. She is responsible for the day-to-day management operations for seniors, disabled adults and multi-family housing. Her specialties include government-subsidized programs, fiscal planning and controls, construction rehabilitation, contract administration, and development and oversight of social service programs. Ms. Stone is certified in HUD Occupancy Regulations and Fair Housing Regulations.

  Deborah Rothstein CPM, CCIM, Associate
Ms. Rothstein has over 20 years experience in commercial and residential management & condo conversion. Her experience includes management and leasing of high rise office buildings while overseeing major renovations, daily operations, marketing and leasing. She taught property management at Golden Gate University. She is a Certified Property Manager and Certified Commercial Investment Manager.
